Cookie Notice
Short version: the Suite stores what it needs to keep you signed in and to remember how you like the app set up. It runs no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

What we store in your browser
- Sign-in tokens — held in browser storage by our identity provider so you stay signed in between page loads. Clearing site data signs you out.
- Preferences — small values such as your theme, your last-used dashboard view, whether you have dismissed a guide, and your timezone. They never leave your browser.
- In-progress work — the state of an upload or a job you are watching, so a refresh does not lose your place.
What we do not do
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics profile of you.
- No selling or sharing of browsing data. There is nothing here to sell.
The browser extension and the Office add-in
The Chrome extension reads the page you point it at, only when you ask it to check that page, and only to produce the report you see. The Microsoft Office add-in reads the open document for the same reason. Neither one follows you around, and neither one reports your browsing back to us.
Your control
You can clear site data or block storage for this site in your browser settings at any time. Blocking it means you will be signed out and your preferences will reset; the rest of the service still works.
Changes
If we ever add a category of cookie beyond the ones above — analytics, for example — we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
